Return & Refund

We want you to love your Pretty Prylar piece but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

Returns:

You may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the handmade nature of our products, custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
